Your use of and purchase of TV wall brackets and TV stands from this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out below. We recommend you also read our Privacy policy. You can print the full terms and conditions by selecting the print option in the File menu of your browser.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Big in Brackets cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Solo, Discover, PayPal and cheque.
We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of Big In Brackets.
If any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.
We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. Natural products may show some colour variations. All sizes quoted are approximate unless part of a drawn diagram. Where Big In Brackets agrees to provide a specifically designed plan, the Customer agrees to check the accuracy and suitability of the plan.
Before working with electricity, gas or water you should always consult an appropriate professional electrician or CORGI-registered plumber. Always read and follow any relevant manuals and safety instructions. When working with electricity always turn off the mains.
Big In Brackets will do all that it reasonably can to meet the date given for delivery. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, beyond the reasonable control of Big In Brackets, Big In Brackets may not be able to do so. In such circumstances Big In Brackets will contact the Customer and agree an alternative date. The Customer will also do all that he/she reasonably can to enable the delivery to take place on the given date. In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Customer the Customer may not be able to do so. In such circumstances the Customer will contact Big In Brackets and agree and alternative date.
As soon as Big In Brackets has delivered the goods, the Customer will be responsible for their safekeeping and BIG IN BRACKETS will not be responsible for any damage or fault arising from incorrect storage. If the Customer delays a delivery, Big In Brackets's responsibility for everything other than damage due to its negligence will end on the date BIG IN BRACKETS agreed to deliver them as set out in the contract.
Ownership of the goods shall remain with Big In Brackets and shall not pass to the Customer until the agreed price for them, together with all other sums due from the Customer to Big In Brackets, have been paid in full.
To the extent permitted by law, Big In Brackets accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of the advice provided.
These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
Contracts are made and accepted subject to these Conditions of Sale. Contracts that are made in Scotland shall be governed by Scottish Law otherwise this contract shall be governed by English Law and no other.
In these terms and conditions:
" Big In Brackets" means, Big In Brackets and any other connected organisation that supplies the goods ordered by you and any successor to its business;
"We and Us" means Big In Brackets either alone or together with you, as the context requires;
"Working day" means every day of the year except weekends, and English statutory and public holidays;
"You" means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions;
Shipping And Handling
The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are as set out on the site are inclusive of VAT. Delivery is free on all items within the UK but Next Day Delivery (Monday to Friday only) is available at an additional charge of £6.50. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

You must include you sales receipt and return code with the item. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure the product arrives back to us. We advise that products are returned with a company that offers a tracking service and insurance. As lost returns will not be refunded. If you wish for us to undertake responsibility for the tracked carriage of the product, please request a collection quote when obtaining a returns reference code.
This is subject to the following conditions:
a) The product must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned with the original product packaging.
b) You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges) less any collection charges.
Our returns policy is in addition to your legal rights.
